Kick off your movie career by uploading your short horror film for free.  All you have to do is create an account with our partners at Brightcove.com (for free!), create a profile for yourself (free again!), fill in some information describing your film (still free!), and upload (did we say free!?).  Nothing to it!

The sky's the limit, really.  We'll have to approve all submissions, but we're pretty cool about that stuff.  I guess if somebody gets way out of line we might have to reject their film, but let's burn that bridge when we come to it.  All we ask is that your movie be less than 5 minutes in length so we don't crash any servers with all the bandwidth.

What's that?  Your movie is longer than 5 minutes?  You say its 10 to 20 minutes long?  Then you need to be talking our programming department instead.  Those guys are always looking for content like that to help fill out the ScreamStream's programming schedule.  Visit our contacts page and drop the programming guys a line.  Let them know you've got a movie you need to have the world see.  (Tell 'em Phantasmagoria sent you)
