Delivery: Our store primarily uses PayPal's IPN system when processing purchases. Once your transaction has been verified, you'll receive an email that contains information on how to access your file. This should occur within 5 minutes.
If our email doesn't arrive within this time frame, please do the following:- check your junk mail folder, check that your email account is actually working, wait 1 hour to allow for any delays with the IPN processing system and then recheck you email. If our email has not arrived within 1 hour, please contact us and we'll process your order manually. Remember to include the following transaction details contained in your PayPal notification:- name, email address and the transaction ID. If your email account blocks mail with attached executable files, please provide us with an alternative email address to send your product to.
